There is no minimum order quantity. We strive to deliver the ordered goods within 5 working days (5 to 7 working days for addresses in Austria, all other countries have individual shipping times over which we unfortunately have no influence) after receipt of payment (for payments in advance) or receipt of the order (for payments by direct debit or invoice). We reserve the right to make a partial delivery, provided that this appears advantageous for a speedy processing and to inform you about this.
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address specified by him, the customer shall bear the actual costs incurred for the unsuccessful delivery.
We send your package as standard via Deutsche Post, DHL or Hermes. Special forms of dispatch requested by our customers are charged with a local surcharge.
You will receive an email when your goods leave our company. This also contains the shipment number, which you can use to track the shipment online on the parcel service's homepage.
Depending on your order, the following shipping costs apply:

As a service, we offer our customers free shipping from an order value of € 60.00.
COMPLAINTS & RETURNS
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have two weeks to return the items that have been delivered to you. According to the law, software products and CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs and videos that you have unsealed are excluded from this right, unless you discover defects. The right of return is exercised by the timely dispatch of the goods received. The purchase contract is thus terminated and the purchase price will be refunded to you immediately if it has already been paid. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the return deadline.
Special return rights apply to selected products, more on this under money-back guarantee. As you can see, the money-back guarantee we have given you is much broader and more customer-friendly than the legal regulation. We are not concerned with just complying with the law, but with customer satisfaction.
If you do not like the product, you can return the package to us within the statutory deadline (two weeks).
For returns, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. The returned article must be sent in with a copy of the invoice, with sufficient postage.
